It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA™), the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, or any provincial law society. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thencahub.com ("Site") or purchasing any digital products from The NCA Hub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase our products.

2. About Our Products

The NCA Hub sells digital study materials (PDF notes, templates, and practice questions) to help internationally qualified lawyers prepare for National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations in Canada. Our materials are educational resources only.

We do not guarantee any particular examination result. Success depends on many factors including individual effort, prior legal knowledge, and examination conditions that are outside our control.

3. Digital Products — Licence

When you purchase a digital product from The NCA Hub, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private study. This licence permits you to:

Download and store the PDF files on up to 3 personal devices
Print one copy for personal use
Use the materials for your own NCA exam preparation

You may not:

Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicence the materials to any third party
Upload the materials to any file-sharing platform, course platform, or social network
Use the materials as the basis for competing educational products or services
Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
Use AI tools to reproduce, summarise for redistribution, or create derivative works based on our materials for commercial purposes

All content is the original intellectual property of The NCA Hub and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised distribution is a breach of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

4. Accuracy of Content

Our materials are reviewed for accuracy against current NCA syllabi at the time of publication. However:

Laws, cases, and NCA syllabi change. We update our materials periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
Our materials are educational summaries and do not constitute legal advice.
You should always verify exam-specific requirements directly with the NCA before sitting.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor-client or lawyer-client relationship is formed by purchasing our materials or using this Site.

5. Video Lectures and Performance Pods

Video lectures and Performance Pods are features currently in development. They are not yet available. Purchasers of Complete Bundles will receive access automatically when these features are released, at no additional charge. We do not guarantee a specific release date.

6. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed through Payhip. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Free Chapter and Email Submissions

When you submit the free chapter request form, you consent to receiving the requested chapter and, periodically, relevant updates from The NCA Hub. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE NCA HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall The NCA Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our materials, including but not limited to failure to pass an NCA examination.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site and materials may contain links to third-party websites (including NCA.ca, law society websites, and case law databases). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
