Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026Short version: Our products are digital downloads. Once accessed or downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds — but we handle every situation individually and fairly. If something is wrong, email us first.
1. Digital Products — General Policy
All products sold by The NCA Hub are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" once accessed, our general policy is that purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
This is consistent with standard digital goods policies and applicable consumer protection law for intangible digital products where immediate access is granted.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure to deliver: Your download link did not work and we were unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. Email us within 48 hours and we will refund one purchase.
- Wrong product purchased: If you purchased the wrong subject by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, email us within 48 hours. We will transfer your purchase to the correct subject.
- Materially defective product: If the file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing substantial content that is listed in the product description, we will either fix the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. When We Will Not Issue a Refund
We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- You accessed or downloaded the materials and then changed your mind
- You failed your NCA examination after using the materials
- You found the materials were not to your personal preference or study style
- You purchased more than 48 hours ago (for wrong-product claims)
- You shared the materials with others in violation of our Terms of Use
We are transparent about the nature of our products — the product descriptions, sample chapter, and free guides all give you a clear picture of what you are buying before you purchase.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without first contacting us, your access to all NCA Hub products will be suspended pending investigation. We take chargeback fraud seriously and will provide all evidence to Payhip and payment processors as required.
Please email us first — we genuinely want to resolve issues fairly and directly.
5. Future Features (Videos, Performance Pods)
Complete Bundle purchasers will receive access to video lectures and Performance Pods when these features are released. These features are currently in development and are not yet available. If you purchased a Complete Bundle and these features are not released within 24 months of your purchase date, you may request a partial refund of the difference between the Notes Only price and the Complete Bundle price.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email thencahub@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and the email used for purchase
- Your Payhip order reference number
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Payhip and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment method.
